These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website and the purchase of products from MINEROLUK LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product Information
Minerol is sold as a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Setup
You may create an account to streamline checkout and access order history. However, account registration is not required to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Orders and Payment
We accept payment via:
- Credit/debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
- Square
All prices are final. VAT is not charged. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide, except to countries subject to international sanctions. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Customers in the United Kingdom, European Area (EAU), and United States benefit from local delivery, which offers faster and more reliable service.
Orders to other countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Returns and Right to Cancel
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product and our commitment to customer safety, we do not accept returns once a product has left our facility, even if unopened.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@minerol-health.com within 7 days of delivery, including photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. However, under Regulation 28(3)(a) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and equivalent EU legislation, your right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
US Customers
For customers in the United States, returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged on arrival. We do not offer discretionary refunds for non-faulty products.
7. Promotions and Discounts
We occasionally offer limited-time promotions or discount codes, which are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Only one promotion may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
8. Loyalty Programme – Minerollers Club
By purchasing from us, you may become eligible for membership in the Minerollers Club, our loyalty programme offering early access to product launches, special offers, and curated wellness content. Membership is optional and may be offered automatically or upon sign-up. Terms for participation may change and will be outlined in programme-specific communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including allergic reactions or adverse effects. Use of the product is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory consumer rights. In some jurisdictions (such as certain US states), limitations may not apply.
