We offer free local delivery options in the United Kingdom, the European Area (EAU), and the United States, allowing for faster and more efficient service within these regions.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, European Area (EAU), or United States, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate these charges in advance.
Orders shipped within the UK, EAU, and USA are not typically subject to additional customs fees.
If your order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or local import restrictions, we will refund the product cost only, provided it is returned in its original, unopened condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@minerol-health.com, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 7 days, including clear photos of the packaging and product, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We can update the order only if it has not yet been dispatched.
